It's been a while since I've read them (therefore I am overdue), but here goes:
1. Puddleglum (a favorite character) in Silver Chair
2. not sure, but is it Edmund about Eustace in Dawn Treader?
3. the first half is like the opening lines of the Lion, Witch & Wardrobe, but the whole quote isn't ... not sure.
4. the Monopods (loved them!) in Dawn Treader
5. Aravis's spoiled girlfriend, whose name escapes me, in Horse & His Boy
6. Puddlglum again, to one of the underworld creatures
7. the prince of Calormen (is it Rabadash?) in Horse & His Boy

And I remain happily balmy.
