Thank you, too, for accepting the minor changes suggested to fit the regular 8.6.8.6. metre.
Thank you thirdly, for allowing us to use it.

We included it in worship this morning at Springwood Uniting Church of the Blue Mountains in NSW, Australia.  The tune we used was St Bernard, a bright tune found in many hymn books.  It fitted well 8in our post Christmas service, the first of the new year.  It fitted the theme well and the congregation sang with great appreciation.  In fact, there was spontaneous applause at the conclusion.
